Had a bloody great day of climbing yesterday. I Spent the early afternoon at Uni doing a bit of work on my Systems assignment with Ben Deburgh, then went up to the gym and had a boulder till Ben finished worked. Then we went and picked up Tim and went out to the Quarry. We set up Sweetpea(27) and Hang Ten(24). Ben and Tim were attempting to lead Sweetpea(27), which they did with some breaks. All was going good till Ben snapped off a hold and took quite a large fall. Luckily it was a well controlled fall and he was fine. The hold however was not, and was taken home to be glued back on again later. I then had a go at climbing Hang Ten, and with a fair bit of guidance and a few rests managed to make it a little over half way up. But I thought it was a great climb and was ver stoked.

As the sun was going down we drove back to the gym. I did some more bouldering and some top ropes with Adam Z. Ticked my second 20, which was a really nice climb. Just before I left I bumped into Nicole Schaffer who had just come back from England and started climbing again. Perth is such a small town. Finished off the night with a few drinks and a few laughs up at Addies. Good to see Mr. Erwin in fine form. Nice fucking blanket. Out.
